You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core platform and product offerings, focusing on everything that happens before a booking is made. You’ll ensure that our partners have access to best-in-class products while driving the performance, speed, and reliability of our platform, particularly in the search API and booking management areas. As a Product Manager, you’ll work on key elements of the platform that drive the carrier's efficiency and revenue. What you will do:<ul><li>Develop clear solutions for carriers/retailers that align with the company’s purpose and mission, ensuring long-term success and growth of the platform.</li><li>Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals, particularly enhancing the pre-booking experience and ensuring search results are as fast, full, and complete as possible.</li><li>Define and prioritise feature proposals aimed at optimising the user journey, from date selection to filtering results, ensuring users find the "just right" trip.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering, QA and other stakeholders to ensure seamless feature delivery, from ideation through to execution.</li><li>Prepare detailed use cases and collaborate with teams to align on technical solutions and achieve critical objectives on time.</li><li>Take full ownership of feature delivery, from concept to fully outlined specification, ensuring the final product meets business needs and exceeds user expectations.</li><li>Monitor platform performance and propose continuous improvements to meet business goals and user expectations.</li></ul> Workplace:We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
