<p><em>Are you an Art Director or Creative with a strong background in fashion campaigns and lookbooks?</em></p>

<p>We are looking for an <strong>Senior AI Art Director</strong> to join our pioneering team.<br>

This role bridges <strong>technology and creativity</strong>: you will use AI tools and workflows to create fashion content that reflects brand identity, protects brand emotion, and meets the highest creative standards.</p>

<h2>DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR MISSION</h2>

<ul>

<li>Create AI-based fashion visuals across e-commerce, lookbooks, and campaign productions</li>

<li>Interpret and translate brand guidelines into scalable AI workflows and prompts</li>

<li>Collaborate closely with Creative Direction to ensure stylistic consistency and brand fidelity</li>

<li>Experiment with textures, styling, and posing to achieve lifelike and emotionally engaging results</li>

<li>Contribute to developing new templates and creative frameworks</li>

<h2>DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE</h2>

<ul>

<li>Minimum of <strong>5 years of professional experience</strong> in creative industries (fashion, photography, styling, design, art direction, etc.)</li>

<li>Strong background in <strong>fashion design, styling or art direction</strong></li>

<li>Deep understanding of <strong>fashion aesthetics, fabrics, fits, and brand identity</strong></li>

<li>Practical experience with <strong>AI creative tools</strong> (image generation, editing or prompt engineering)</li>

<li>A balance of <strong>technical curiosity</strong> and <strong>creative sensibility</strong></li>

<li>Ability to work across fast-paced production cycles while safeguarding quality</li>

<li>Team spirit and openness to building new processes in a start-up environment</li>

<li>Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week</li>
