About the position

As the first dedicated Senior Account Executive, you will build the entire direct sales motion from the ground up. This is a hunter-first role in the early phase — you'll prospect, pitch, and close — but the real differentiator is what happens next. Every account you close is yours to onboard, expand, and grow. You'll be the full customer relationship, not just the closing signature.

What you'll own:

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Refine the ICP and pitch based on what's winning in the market</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain transparent pipeline and revenue forecasting for the leadership team</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Feed customer insight back into the product roadmap through a structured feedback loop</li>

Qualifications

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven track record as a hunter — opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Comfortable with 2-month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals in the $5k–$30k MRR range</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Genuine willingness to farm and grow accounts — not just close and move on</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPL, EPC, ROAS, and how buyers in this space measure ROI</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience setting up or improving sales infrastructure — CRM, sequences, or playbooks</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage environment</li>

Experience

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with affiliate networks, lead gen economics, and call center operations at a level that earns credibility quickly with buyers</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience selling communications infrastructure (voice, SMS, CPaaS) is a strong plus — but deep ICP knowledge matters more</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">An existing network of contacts in the performance marketing space is a meaningful advantage</li>
