<p><strong>Your Role</strong> - <strong>Own the Client, Drive the Growth</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership in identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate client relationships</li>
<li>Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals</li>
<li>Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain</li>
<li>Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot)</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional and proactive client service</li>
<li>Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Client Success Team to ensure smooth program roll-out</li>
<li>Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization</li>
<li>Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or a related field</li>
<li>3+ years’ in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success)</li>
<li>Savvy and convincing communication and inter-personal skills</li>
<li>Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with a highly professional team</li>
<li>Excellent organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus</li>
</ul>
