<p>The opening of the Axel Hotel Barcelona in 2003 marked the beginning of a project that is currently undergoing rapid expansion, with 10 hotels currently in the portfolio and three planned for the coming months: Bilbao recently opened, Valencia in 2025, and Porto in 2026.</p>
<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p>
<p>At Axel Hotels, we are recruiting a <strong>Receptionist</strong> to join our hotel in <strong>Berlin.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Mission:</strong></p>
<p>To promote maximum guest satisfaction and well-being while staying at the hotel by adhering to department and hotel standards and procedures, while simultaneously generating business by actively promoting both upselling and cross-selling within the hotel and outside of the hotel at other Axel hotels.</p>
<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>
<p>·Check-in/out</p>
<p>·Responsible for shift management</p>
<p>·Customer service</p>
<p>·Reservations management</p>
<p>·Availability to work rotating shifts.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>· Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a similar hotel category.</p>
<p>· Advanced English and German are essential.</p>
<p>· Other languages are highly valued.</p>
<p>· Experience with the Tesipro / Ulyses Cloud system is a plus.</p>
