Educational Background: Completed University degree or a commercial vocational training.

Experience: Initial practical experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Customer Service is an advantage, but not a requirement (entry-level candidates are welcome).

Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Work Style: A structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working.

Mindset: A team player with a proactive, "hands-on" mentality.

Language Skills: Excellent German skills (Native/Bilingual) as well as good proficiency in English.
