About the Role

Working closely with our CEO as our Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our entire digital presence: LinkedIn, Youtube, Homepage, Websites... You’ll shape how the world discovers Ainavio, build content that tells our story, and grow channels that bring in the right traffic, leads, and awareness.

For this role, we need a native German speaker.

Your Responsibility

<li>Own our digital marketing presence across all channels.</li>

<li>Build and scale content that drives traffic, leads and brand awareness.</li>

What You'll Do

<li>Plan, produce and manage content across website, social media and video.</li>

<li>Run and grow our YouTube channel — from scripting to publishing.</li>

<li>Build and optimize landing pages that convert.</li>

<li>Maintain and improve our website (copy, structure, SEO).</li>

<li>Track performance and iterate based on data.</li>

<h2>Qualifikation</h2>

<ul>

<li>Native-level German.</li>

<li>3-5 years hands-on experience in digital marketing — content, SEO, video or web.</li>

<li>A good eye for design and strong writing instincts.</li>

<li>Structured, creative and able to manage multiple projects at once.</li>
