<p>Talents2Germany is placing this role on behalf of our client — a<br>

fast-growing AI company operating in the retail technology space. We are<br>

looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join their<br>

dynamic, international engineering team. You will take ownership of full<br>

product features — from database to UI — and play a central role in<br>

shaping the technical architecture of their customer-facing platform.</p>

<p>Our stack is modern, our team is diverse, and we move fast. You will<br>

collaborate directly with product, design, and GenAI engineers to build<br>

solutions that are already in the hands of major enterprise clients.</p>

<h2>Tasks</h2>

<p>Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features across our web platform Collaborate closely with GenAI engineers to integrate AI-powered capabilities into the product Take ownership of end-to-end delivery: architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices Work with enterprise clients’ technical stakeholders when needed Help grow the engineering team through mentoring and knowledge sharing</p>

<h2>Requirements</h2>

<p>Technical Skills</p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development</li>

<li>Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript</li>

<li>Solid backend development skills in Python (FastAPI, Django, or similar)</li>

<li>Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and RESTful API design</li>

<li>Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines</li>

</ul>

<li>Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional team with short release cycles</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills in English; willingness to learn<br>

German and to reach a working proficiency level (B2) within 6 months</li>

<li>Experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, or AI APIs into production applications</li>

<li>Background in retail technology, e-commerce, or SaaS products</li>

<li>Contributions to open-source projects</li>
